Asbestos Surveys & Inspections Service

As an ATaC accredited organisation we offer asbestos survey and inspection services in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17020 and Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 (CAR 2006). With offices in Middlesex and a fleet of commercial vehicles, circa 25 technical staff, and 30 Surveyors we provide a regional asbestos inspection service covering the whole of London and the surrounding South East Counties.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 requires the identification and control of asbestos in premises, which imparts responsibility on to property owners and managers to identify and deal with any risks in premises from asbestos. Our asbestos inspection service integrates fully with our other specialist asbestos services to provide clients with a total seamless service for fulfilling their legal obligations.

Our asbestos surveyors are able to undertake the required asbestos inspections in accordance with industry best practice standard methods. All our surveyors hold the pre-requisite BOHS P402 qualification and surpass the six-months experience requirement, as well as receiving additional training for hazards that interface with daily activities.

Our asbestos inspection service includes for:-

• Individual sample collection for analysis.
• Management of asbestos data.

Working for both the private and public sector we have experience of inspecting a diverse range of built environments including academic, commercial, residential, nuclear, utilities and off-shore properties and are commissioned by a number of clients to manage asbestos across their property portfolio, including the maintenance and distribution of data.
